Aly Nonn: I recently finished my Master’s degree in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. I completed my undergraduate education at Duquesne University in May 2010 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. Through my 7 years of college I have gained a lot of knowledge about what it takes to help others live healthy lives. I hold many fitness certifications and am also an Independent Team Beachbody coach. I have committed to making 2012 my healthiest year yet, and I would love to help you on your journey to a healthier life as well!!
